Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Refunds: Full refunds (minus original shipping costs) will be issued for items returned within 14 days of delivery.

Store Credit: Returns received after 14 days but within 30 days of delivery will be issued store credit in the form of an e-gift card.

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be unworn, with tags, free of perfume, makeup, pet hair, or deodorant stains.
  • Items should be returned in the original packaging or comparable protective packaging to avoid damages.
  • After we receive the return, we will verify it complies with our return policy.

You may return your items in store based on the same time frames stated above.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale items marked with any discount.
  • Accessories
  • Beauty Products

Jewelry Return Policy

For sanitary reasons, all jewelry sales are final, except in the case of manufacturer defects. If you believe your jewelry item has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery via email at info@iloveshopn.com.

Damaged Items

For damaged items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery via email at info@iloveshopn.com with photos of the damage and your order number.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery via email at info@iloveshopn.com with your order number. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and advise you on how to return the incorrect item (if necessary).

Shipping:

Shipping & handling charges on your order are non-refundable.

It is your responsibility as the customer to provide the correct shipping address. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, I Love Shop is not responsible.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the reshipment fee.

I Love Shop is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered." But we can help filing a claim or track package with the shipping company.
